JOEY BARTON has dodged any punishment for calling Paris Saint-Germain defender Thiago Silva an ‘overweight ladyboy’.Barton, 30, who is on loan at Marseille from QPR, made the comment on Twitter.But after he was hauled before the French Football Federation’s ethics committee, no ruling was made.Committee president Laurent Davenas said: “The council has not been able to judge this case. There could be problems interpreting statements made in English.”
