Tevez was further bailed to appear at Macclesfield Magistrates Court on April 3.A police statement read: "Cheshire Constabulary has charged a 29-year-old man from Alderley Edge with offences of driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.Tevez arrived at the police station at around 4.10pm on Wednesday in a black Mercedes people carrier, which had its windows blacked out.The man was arrested on the A538 in Macclesfield at 5.13pm on Thursday, March 7, and later released on police bail.He answered bail today at Middlewich Custody Suite and was formally charged.He will appear at Macclesfield Magistrates' Court on April 3.The vehicle, and a silver Mercedes saloon which followed close behind, swept through the security gates and into a sectioned off area of the building.The vehicles departed about an hour and twenty minutes later.The 29-year-old Argentinian was arrested near his home in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, last Thursday.He answered bail at Cheshire Police's custody suite in Middlewich on Wednesday where he was formally charged.
