Fulham boss Martin Jol planning

Fulham have not won in their last seven Premier League games, a run of form that has seen the Cottagers drop to 15th position in the Premier League.Riether, who has played in 34 of the club's 37 Premier League games so far this season, joined Fulham on loan last summer and the club had an option to make the signing permanent at the end of that contract.Reports had suggested ex-Tottenham and Ajax manager Jol, who signed a one-year contract extension earlier this season, was frustrated at a lack of transfer funds.Jol said: "We agreed a deal with Cologne so he will stay here. He will be our player next year. But Jol said: "If people make up a little story and I speak about new players coming in, of course you need a little bit of money.Fulham also confirmed contract negotiations were ongoing with 40-year-old Australian goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer. It is not something from the last 48 hours as the speculation has happened before. The club have also completed the permanent signing of German right-back Sascha Riether, 30, after his season-long loan from Cologne. They associate us with the chairman [Mohamed Al Fayed] and he has to give us the funds, but we are a healthy club.
