The 24-year-old was handed a short-term deal last week after being released by Kilmarnock at the beginning of the year.Russell was expected to be out for around six weeks and Boulding stepped in as his replacement for the weekend draw at St Mirren. He believes he can repeat his form at previous club Livingston, where he scored twelve goals in 29 appearances, despite being given few opportunities while on a three-year deal with Kilmarnock.The Tangerines are currently without their 20-goal leading goalscorer Johnny Russell due to a broken leg suffered in the recent clash with Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
