    The paper reports: 'Mourinho has his own loyal backroom staff but likes to have an assistant manager from the country he is working in.The paper claims that, as well as attracting interest from Manchester United and Arsenal, the Kenyan midfielder is a target for a couple more clubs.He previously had Steve Clarke under him at the Blues but the Scot is now content as West Brom manager.Potential encouragement for those Manchester United fans who have been irked at Sir Alex Ferguson's refusal to buy a proper central midfielder.Kean, 45, is available after quitting relegated Rovers last September saying he was "forced to resign" despite the Championship club being third.The paper reports: 'The Turin club failed to lure the Portuguese winger last year and Sir Alex Ferguson has stated he wants to keep him at Old Trafford. But Nani has only one year left on his contract and failure to soon agree a new deal could see him used as part of the deal to bring in Marchisio.Kean apparently turned down an offer to take over as Panathanaikos manager recently.The Juventus player, who earns £2.5m a year, has told friends he would be willing to move to the Premier League if the two clubs agree terms.Mourinho also wants Serbian midfielder Nemanja Matic back at Chelsea - Matic left Stamford Bridge for Benfica as part of the David Luiz deal.
